1. What this policy covers
This notice describes how we process personal data for Steady Path Co products and this website, including Indentwise hosted web coding courses at https://learn.steadypathcompany.com, Clear Week Studios printables, support email, and optional marketing email when you opt in on learn.steadypathcompany.com and/or steadypathcompany.com.
It does not cover Gumroad’s, Etsy’s, or Apple’s own practices on their platforms. An Indentwise iOS app is not yet offered; if published later, a separate notice may apply.

Cards: we never receive or store full card numbers.
Analytics: Indentwise web currently uses no third-party analytics or ad trackers in our site code. Subscribe forms do not add advertising cookies.

We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies
- Essential session cookie on Indentwise web (required for paid unlock).
- localStorage for progress/theme/device id (on-device).
- No advertising/analytics cookies on our course site or company marketing form. Gumroad/Etsy set their own cookies.
5. Sharing
- Gumroad — Merchant of Record for Indentwise web (Indentwise by Steady Path Co) and Clear Week Studios Gumroad sales; independent controller for payments/tax.
- Etsy — marketplace for some printables.
- Apple — future iOS payments/distribution.
- Cloudflare Workers — hosting; Workers KV — activation/consent logs (processor).
- Gmail (Google Workspace) — support email (processor).
- MailerLite — email service provider that sends welcome and update emails for the Steady Path Co / Indentwise opt-in list under info@steadypathcompany.com (processor).
- Advisers, authorities, or a successor when legally required or in a reorganization.
6. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where EU/UK law applies, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses / UK Addendum as applicable.
7. Retention

8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent. Email info@steadypathcompany.com. We aim to respond within 30 days (45 in some U.S. states). For platform-held data, contact Gumroad, Etsy, Apple, or MailerLite as appropriate. Deleting Supplier-held license data may deactivate a key.
9. Children
Not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK / local digital-consent age). We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Security
HTTPS, access controls, hashed identifiers in Indentwise activation storage, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure; we notify of breaches as required by law.
